HONDURAS: Electricity crisis delays deal with IMF

The president of the central bank, Gabriela Núñez, warned that negotiations with the IMF over another standby deal would be delayed until November because of problems with the state electricity company, Enee. The IMF had expected to start talks in the second half of July.
